Our Board

Bryan Kindred is President ∓ CEO of DCH Health System since 1996. He began his tenure with DCH in 1985 serving as Assistant Administrator, Ancillary Services, Associate Administrator, Ancillary Services and Administrator of DCH Regional Medical Center.

Kindred holds a master’s degree from Troy State University, a bachelor’s degree from Columbus State Community College, and an Associate Degree from Chattahoochee Valley Community College.

Jeff Feasel serves as President & CEO of Halifax Health since January 2005. He joined Halifax Health in 2000 where he held various roles including Chief Operating Officer, President and CEO of Patient Business and Financial Services, and Vice President of Halifax-Fish Community Hospital.

Feasel received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio.

George Mikitarian has led Parrish Medical Center (PMC) as President/CEO since 2001. He began his tenure with PMC in 1996 as Chief Operating Officer.

Mikitarian is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives with a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina, a master’s degree in Health Services Administration from Indiana University School of Medicine, and a bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education from Bridgewater State College.

Mr. Bass was named CEO of Regional Medical Center in December 2014. He has served at RMC for more than 16 years as CFO. Prior to serving as CFO, he was assistant vice president of finance and corporate compliance officer. Before joining RMC, Mr. Bass served as CFO and director of finance for 11 years at Lloyd Noland Hospital in Fairfield, Ala.
